Ignir's first tome. A bestiary of strange brews — cures with consequences, banes, transmogrifications, the wild and the bewildering. Drink at your peril; if you live, write to him, he is collecting accounts.
Volume the Second — Further Tonics, Tinctures, and Tribulations
Five further winters of wandering, drinking, and — twice — being formally barred from a town. The potions here are, on average, worse, and the warnings have multiplied accordingly.
Volume the Second — Of Things Worn, Wielded, and Carried
Thirty items that meddle with the bearer's person — rings, swords, lanterns, mirrors, coins, garments. Drier in voice than what comes after, and the body-count is lower.
Volume the Third — Of Stables, Hearths, and the Last Hour
The wider household: saddles, hearths, workshop-tools, road-things, and the meddlers of the deathbed. Possession is distinguished from ownership; three new conditions are introduced.
A Collection of Cursed Curios I Wish I'd Never Encountered
Darker. The items that have done Ignir or his companions a specific and lasting injury. Each entry a small case-history; some Ignir's Notes are short, and one consists only of the words I will not write further on this.
